The NEW ITD CONROD is made from a super light aluminium which has been checked ultrasonic. The specific form of the conrod creates little turbulence inside the engine while running.
Each piston is coupled with the sleeve to get the best compression and longevity. This operation is made by hand, one by one and checked by a specific precise measurement tool.

The three tuning needles gives a better idle and improves the ability of the engine to return to low rpm after throttling.
The new ball bearing reduces the inertia of the rotating masses and increases the engine's scavenging. You can see both the ball bearing and the manufacturing process result in the picture above. These novelties give an increased throttle response and a higher top speed.
Recommended Pipe: (EFRA 2015) 3 Chamber polished tuned pipe with mounting ring for 3,5cc On-road engines. (EFRA/IFMAR legal). A more progessive tuned pipe with lower fuel consumption.
