    Another Bank holiday weekend means only one thing for the RCPB gang, More racing, and the gang were out all over the country enjoying the great British weather.   • RCPB Young Guns start nationals with a bang and Nitro X Cross Summer Series Rd 1 and 2

    This weekend RCPB were once again out in force up and down the UK, in lots of events/scales and series. In the Short Course Nationals we had Jamie Hall who had a storming Day and took 2nd overall in both 2wd and 4wd. A stunning drive by the youngster in both classes, to take 2nd on the podium 2x. Jamie is rapidly becoming a top driver for the team with his brother and this year has started brilliantly.   • A Full Weekend of Racing for the RCPB team!

    This last weekend saw an abundance of racing for the RCPB Crew, with racing Friday, Saturday and Sunday! It all kicked off on Friday Evening with the first of the ESBRC indoor club nights in Shrewsbury. Team Boss Matt Box took his old XRAY 4wd along (pictured below) and ended up with a great TQ and win. Not bad considering his passion is 1/8th Nitro. On Saturday it was Chris Ely’s turn at Silverstone, along with Jamie and Tommy Hall. The Silverstone track looking as awesome as ever below!   • Another TQ and Win for RCPB

    This weekend saw the Popular Nitro X Cross Winter series at the Ledbury Astro Track. Although there was persistent rain all week, Nathan Powney and the crew did a fantastic job of getting the track in a race-able condition and even entertained the campers with fireworks on the Saturday evening. The Day started with a moments silence for remembrance Sunday – a nice touch and ended with a Bang! (Quite Literally.)   • Team RC Pit Box - WINS BIG!

    This weekend saw the last round of the ever popular Nitro X Cross series at the new venue of Coventry Model Car Club, and back to old School Grass Racing for the 1/8th Guys. The 10th Crew headed off to Broughton Raceway for the F3/4/5 Finals. Both events littered with TEAM RCPB drivers old and new.   Firstly the 1/10th guys, Saturday was 2wd day….   • RCPitbox Team Hit the Dirt - Nitroxcross Swansea

    The Bank Holiday weekend saw five of the RC Pitbox racing team venture to the Pembrey Race Circuit in South Wales for Rounds 13 and 14 of the Nitro X Summer Series (held by the Swansea and District Model Car club). The track is a newly constructed majority dirt track with astro jump profiles and straight, a flowing layout, with some good features, a track for the future and a credit to all the Swansea club, who were racing on a grass track at the same site last year.   • Ultimate Engines place well at Coventry Nitro X Cross

    Rounds 9 & 10 of the Nitro X Cross series took place last Saturday and Sunday at the Coventry track in the UK. With the National going there next month a number of national drivers turned out to get some track time. The track is a very fast track where consistency pays and one mistake costs a lot.
