RCPB – Regional’s and National’s and more!

Lots of racing for Team RCPB this weekend – we just can’t get enough RC action!!!! At Kidderminster for the Mid West 1/10th regional! Felix De Hamel and Mark Fletcher and their Schumacher cars were representing. Both drivers in great form recently so it was going to be a very competitive RCPB team at Marks home track. Both had great qualifying, Felix managed some fantastic qualifying runs and got straight in the B, he qualified and finished 13th, a great day for this young driver. Another glorious weekend, the sun shining all over the UK for the Team!  Up in Scotland we had John Gorman taking part in the Oople race and here are his thoughts on the weekend’s action, “51 4wd entries and more in 2wd at the 2 day Oople event at Dunfermline. Day one saw 4 rounds of qualifying, Round one and very high grip as the grass was still intact, so grip roll was an issue. Despite that I took a 22nd in round. RCPB hit the dirt at Pembrey!

Team RCPB took to the track again this weekend. A large representation of the team was at the Nitro X Cross rounds 5 and 6 down at Pembrey Circuit. Si Davies, Matt Box, Chris Lovell, Chris Ely, Steve Ibbotson, Ben Billing, Andy Prosser, Gary Gregory, Elliot Jones, Rich Price, Steve Shakespeare, Kong McKenzie and Milan Dragojlovic were in attendance. BRCA Ralleycross Nationals Rd 2 and more from the RCPB team

This weekend RCPB were once again across the UK racing. Up in Scotland at Stonehaven it was the Scottish 1/10th nationals. John Gorman was representing in his Xray 4wd.The tricky conditions made life hard, Sun then rain, but John stuck it in the A, 10th on the grid. He made the best of the conditions and brought the xray home in 9th.
